The Story
Some sweaters are meant to disappear into an outfit. This is not one of them.

Deep purple with rows of dusty pink, teal, green, blue and cream, this Northern Isles knit has that gloriously unapologetic color palette that makes you want to build the entire outfit around the sweater.

And then there's the texture. Made with 45% mohair, it has that fuzzy, wonderfully hairy knit that gives the colors an almost hazy softness. It's cozy without looking basic, colorful without crossing into Christmas sweater territory, and somehow feels equally at home in an old ski lodge or tucked into high-waisted denim for a Saturday wandering antique shops.

The longer 30-inch length makes it even better. This isn't a tiny fitted sweater. It's a substantial, slouchy knit with room to actually live in it.
Basically, if your fall wardrobe could use a little more 1990s mountain-town art teacher, I found your sweater.

Preowned condition. The mohair blend naturally gives the sweater a fuzzy, textured appearance throughout, which is part of the character of the knit. I'm going straight-leg faded jeans, brown leather clogs or boots, and absolutely nothing else competing with it. Let the purple do the work.
