Vintage Russell Athletic Durrante Excavating Sweatshirt

Vintage Russell Athletic Durrante Excavating Sweatshirt XL | USA Made 50/50 Green Workwear Crewneck | Distressed Paint Stained Sweatshirt

DESCRIPTION
Some vintage looks worn in. This one looks well-worn. Vintage Russell Athletic crewneck featuring a Durrante Excavating graphic with an old-school dump truck front and center. Bright workwear green with yellow and white lettering, made in the USA, and covered in the kind of paint marks and stains that tell you this sweatshirt probably spent more time on a jobsite than hanging neatly in a closet.

The wear is what sold me on it.

It has that great oversized, boxy vintage shape with a 26" chest and shorter 25" length. The 50/50 cotton-poly blend has softened with age while still having some substance to it. Throw it on with beat-up denim and boots and leave every paint mark exactly where it is.

CONDITION
Worn vintage condition with visible paint staining and marks throughout the front, sleeves, and back, along with general age-related wear. Graphic shows natural aging. All of this is intentional to the way Elwood sourced the piece and is shown in the photos.

This is the kind of sweatshirt that couldn't be recreated properly if you tried. The paint, the old excavating graphic, the USA Russell tag, and years of wear are the story.
