DESCRIPTION
Old college sweatshirts just hit differently. This true vintage UMass crewneck dates to approximately the 1970s and features classic royal blue fabric, raglan sleeves, and oversized white UMASS lettering individually sewn across the chest.

The lettering is the best part. Rather than a modern printed graphic, the letters appear to be individually cut and stitched onto the sweatshirt, giving it that imperfect handmade collegiate look that makes early campus pieces so good.

No tag remains, adding to the mystery of this one, but the construction, raglan cut, ribbing, fabric, and appliqué-style lettering are consistent with an older vintage sweatshirt.

Worn vintage condition with staining/discoloration throughout, including visible areas on the sleeves and body. The white appliqué letters show age, wear, and loose/frayed threads in areas. General fading and wear are present, consistent with decades of use.
